Strengthening Alabama Schools

The emphasis for this ministry is to undergird and support schools in Alabama, including colleges and universities. Churches and Associations may be involved in a variety of ways, including volunteering, providing resources, and prayerwalking.

Ideas to strengthen schools:

Volunteer one hour per month to tutor or read to children.
Encourage teachers by providing a weekly or monthly break for them.
Organize prayer support for your school.
Adopt a school and work with the administrators to meet needs that might otherwise go unmet in this current economy.
Organize a clean-up and work day during the summer months at your local school.
Consider that Middle and High Schools need encouragers too!
